Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide from Denmark. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark) Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

EU Shipping Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping Delivery outside the EU typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Herstad Performance has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Product Restrictions Please note that certain products — including ammunition — are subject to legal restrictions and are not available for shipping. These products may only be purchased and collected in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
